You can control that - just go to "Post Options" on the New Post (or Edit Post, as it were) and you can choose both the time and date in which they are posted. That provides the ability to schedule posts, in case you have a sudden flash of inspiration but don't want to post everything on the same day. Live and learn, right? That's what I always say!
